A lighter alternative to a beef burger. A succulent chicken breast seasoned with rosemary and served with cheese.
Use a sharp knife or a blender to mince the chicken breast seasoning with rosemary, salt and pepper. Then form 4 even balls and flatten them to shape the burgers. Bake in the oven for around 22 minutes, adding the cheese and sliced onion half way through. Toast the bread rolls and add salad.
Mince the chicken meat with a knife or in your blender, place it into an oven bowl and mix with the salt, pepper, olive oil and rosemary. Divide into 4 equal balls and form the burgers by using your hands or a mould.
Place the burgers on a tray and cook for 12 minutes.
Take the burgers out of the oven and add the onion and cheese, then place back in for 10 minutes.
Once cooked add to the burger buns with salad and enjoy
