Grilled tuna is a simple but delicious dish that has a lovely crunch thanks to the microwave grill function. It will be ready in just 6 minutes too, perfect for a quick and healthy dinner after work.
Put the tuna on the Crisp plate and cover with the tomato quarters, olives, chopped basil, a drizzle of oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper. Then in to the microwave. An extra tip: Add some dried chilli flakes for a bit of a kick.
Wash and cut the tomatoes into quarters. Chop the olives into small pieces, wash and finely chop the basil. Put the tuna on the exclusive Crisp plate and cover with tomato. olives and basil. Add oil, salt, pepper and a few drops of balsamic vinegar.
Place the Crisp plate into the microwave. Select the Grill function with Auto power level.
