These delicious bite size muffins can be enjoyed any time of day. Perfect with nice cup of tea or coffee.
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl excluding the chocolate chips, and beat with a whisk until you get a smooth dough. Add the chocolate chips and put the mixture into a microwave safe mould. In around 6 minutes your muffins will be ready!
Step 1
Put the flour, yeast and cocoa powder through the sieve to remove any lumps. Add all ingredients to a bowl, excluding the chocolate chips. Whisk all ingredients until you get a doughy consistency, finally fold in the chocolate chips.
Step 2
Add the mixture to a microwavable safe muffin mould. Don't over fill.
Step 3
Place the Crisp plate into the microwave. Select the Crisp function with Auto power level.
